Haw. Code R. § 15-212-119 - Fire extinguishing equipment for small craft
Any small craft utilizing the waters of Kewalo Basin shall be provided with approved fire extinguishers as prescribed in the applicable provisions of the state boating rules of the department of land and natural resources. The fire extinguishers shall, at all times, be maintained in good and serviceable condition for immediate and effective use, and shall be mounted on wall brackets so located as to be readily accessible.
