Haw. Code R. § 15-212-97 - Fumigation of vessel
No vessel shall be fumigated or smoked at the Kewalo Basin without the prior permission in writing from the executive director or the harbormaster. If fumigation is to be with cyanogen products or hydrocyanic acid gas in any form, however generated, the applicant or applicant's agent shall be in possession of a permit as required by the state department of health rules, and shall have a guard on duty so long as any danger exists, in order that no one, unless properly entitled to do so, be allowed to board such vessel.
