Haw. Code R. § 15-213-6 - Parking fees and charges
No person shall use any public parking area without payment of parking fees and charges as may from time to time be prescribed by the HCDA. The HCDA may establish fees and charges for any such areas as convenience and the efficient public use of Kewalo Basin facility may dictate.
