Haw. Code R. § 15-214-61 - Rates
The charges for parking stalls shall be as follows:

| Reserved Parking, Covered | $200 per month |
| Reserved Parking, Uncovered | $150 per month |
| Unreserved Parking, Uncovered | $100 per month |
The harbormaster may issue special permits to agents and others who have occasional need to drive private vehicles and park on wharves or other harbor property at the rate of $15 per day per vehicle. The harbormaster may designate parking stalls to be inclusive of the rental provided in a revocable permit.
