Haw. Code R. § 15-215-40 - Land use

(a) All lots shall conform to the land uses specified in Figure 1.7 (land use summary), dated September 2012, made a part of this chapter, and attached at the end of this chapter.

(b) Any one or more allowed land uses may be established on any lot, subject to Figure 1.7, (land use summary), dated September 2012, made a part of this chapter, and attached at the end of this chapter.

(c) Where a project on a single lot proposes two or more land uses, the project shall be subject to all applicable permits and approvals.
