Haw. Code R. § 15-218-43 - Terms of reserved housing and workforce housing for rent
Reserved housing and workforce housing units for rent shall be regulated for a period of thirty years from the date of issuance certificate of occupancy for the project. The maximum allowable rent may be calculated based on an AMI of one hundred and forty percent. The weighted average rent of all reserved housing or workforce housing units in a project shall not exceed the allowable rent calculated based on one hundred twenty percent of AMI.
