Haw. Code R. § 15-22-40 - Park and public areas

Within areas designated "park at grade" (P) or "public use areas" (PUBLIC), the provisions applicable to the adjacent land use zone shall apply. In circumstances where there may be uncertainty about applicable provisions, the executive director shall determine which land use zone provisions apply.
