Haw. Code R. § 15-22-83 - Public projects
The authority may exempt public improvements or projects from the minimum and maximum ratio of residential and commercial floor area requirements of this chapter, provided that the granting of the exemption shall further the purposes and intent of this chapter and the mauka area plan.
