Haw. Code R. § 15-220-64 - Minor changes

(a) After final approval of a rules clearance, facility permit, conditional use permit or variance, the executive director may allow minor amendments to the application without submittal of a new or amended application when the requested amendment does not:

(1) Introduce different land uses;

(2) Request larger land area;

(3) Request a greater variance; and

(4) Reduce or eliminate any conditions attached to the subject permit approval.

(b) Any other change requests which do not qualify under subsection (a) shall require the filing of a new application to be processed in accordance with this subchapter.
