Haw. Code R. § 15-302-19 - Repurchase and other restrictions
For units which are purchased under this program, the corporation shall have the right to impose repurchase, owner-occupancy, shared appreciation, and other restrictions as set forth in chapter 15-174, Hawaii Administrative Rules.
