Haw. Code R. § 15-307-149 - Former owner's right to relocation assistance when the corporation repurchases a dwelling unit without the former owner's consent
If the corporation repurchases a dwelling unit without the former owner's consent, then the former owner shall be entitled to relocation assistance as provided for in chapter 111, HRS, and chapter 15-307, Hawaii Administrative Rules.
