Haw. Code R. § 15-308-25 - Occupancy guidelines for sale units

(a) The following occupancy guidelines shall be used for the sale of units:

(1) To determine the maximum affordable sales price; and

(2) During the initial application period, to establish a property selection order list.

Dwelling Unit Size	Preferred Household Size
0 Bedroom	1 person
1 Bedroom	2 persons
2 Bedroom	3 persons
3 Bedroom	4 persons
4 Bedroom	5 persons

(b) The maximum household size is determined by prevailing county building or housing codes, or in the absence thereof, the city and county of Honolulu housing code.
