Haw. Code R. § 16-100-24 - Demand for hearing
Any person whose application for license has been denied by the board shall be entitled to a hearing pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, provided that the demand for hearing is filed with the board within sixty days of the date of the letter informing the applicant of the denial.
