Haw. Code R. § 16-101-22 - Renewal of expired license

The holder of an expired license may have the same reinstated within three years of the date of expiration upon due application therefor and payment of all required fees. The holder of an expired license may have the same reinstated after three years from the date of expiration upon due application therefor and payment of all required fees, provided, the applicant can establish to the satisfaction of the board that the applicant is qualified to practice.
