Haw. Code R. § 16-101-32 - Restricted to licensee
The name of a professional corporation at the time of application, shall not contain the name of a person who is not licensed by the board. It is not required that the name of a corporation be changed as a result of the termination of association of a licensed person by death or otherwise.
