Haw. Code R. § 16-101-5 - Validation of education
An applicant who is a graduate of a college of veterinary medicine accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) shall submit with the application a photostat or certified copy of the diploma or certificate of graduation from the college.
