Haw. Code R. § 16-106-11 - Proceedings upon demand for hearing
If a demand for a hearing is filed within the time prescribed, the director shall order a hearing pursuant to chapters 91 and 92, HRS, and chapter 16-201, the administrative practice and procedure rules of the department.
