Haw. Code R. § 16-106-7 - Issuance of registration number
(a) The director
shall issue a registration number for each time share plan in consecutive order
of acceptance of the plan for registration pursuant to section
514E-10(a),
HRS, and section 16-106-4(a). The registration number and the date of
acceptance of the plan shall be printed on the upper right-hand corner of the
face page of the disclosure statement.
(b) The director shall issue a registration
number to each acquisition agent, sales agent, OPC, plan manager, and exchange
agent in consecutive order of acceptance of the registration application
submitted by each applicant pursuant to section
514E-10(b)
to (e), HRS, and section 16-106-4(b) to
(e).
