Haw. Code R. § 16-107-24 - Use of public report for advertising
The commission's public report shall not be used for advertising purposes unless the report is used in its entirety. No portion of the report shall be underscored, italicized, or printed in larger or heavier type than the remainder of the report, unless the true copy of the report furnished by the commission so indicates.
