Haw. Code R. § 16-108-25 - Effective date
The schedule, or change of schedule shall become effective upon approval of the director or the director's authorized representative provided that the director or the director's authorized representative shall approve or disapprove within sixty days after the schedule, or change of schedule, is filed.
