Haw. Code R. § 16-108-35 - Administrative practice and procedure
The rules of practice and procedure for commercial employment agencies shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the department of commerce and consumer affairs which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
