Haw. Code R. § 16-110-80 - Fees

(a) The fees for the board of physical therapy shall be as adopted by the director in chapter 16-53, after hearing, pursuant to chapter 91, HRS.
(b) The dishonoring of any check upon first deposit shall be considered a failure to meet the requirements of this chapter.
