Haw. Code R. § 16-113-19 - Examination
A person applying for a license to practice electrology shall achieve a passing score on the electrology examination administered by the department. The department may contract with a professional testing service to administer the examination. The examination shall be designed to test the applicant's theoretical and clinical knowledge at minimum entry level in the practice of electrology.
