Haw. Code R. § 16-113-30 - Electrology standards of practice
(a) All instruments
used in electrology procedures shall be either disposed of or cleaned and then
sterilized between clients.
(b) A
proper hygienic environment shall be maintained and infection-control
procedures followed to minimize the risk of transmission of infectious
diseases.
