Haw. Code R. § 16-114-26 - Examination requirement; passing score

(a) Each applicant for a license or a certificate shall successfully pass the appropriate examination which has been approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation. Applicants must successfully complete the education requirement prior to applying for the examination.
(b) The passing score shall be a scaled score of seventy-five.
(c) Successful completion of the examination is valid for a period not to exceed twenty-four months.
(d) Passage of an examination taken in another jurisdiction may be approved as meeting the examination requirement provided the examination has been approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation and further provided that the passing score is a scaled score of seventy-five.
