Haw. Code R. § 16-114-27 - Issuance of license or certificate

The state appraiser license or state appraiser certificate shall be issued upon the applicant meeting all appropriate requirements. Licenses or certificates shall be valid until December 31 of the odd-numbered year immediately following the issuance of the license or certificate.
