Haw. Code R. § 16-115-13 - Demand for hearing
Any person whose application for a license or whose application for the reinstatement of a license has been denied by the board shall be entitled to a hearing after notice, provided that the demand for a hearing is filed with the board within sixty days of the date of mailing of the letter informing the applicant of the denial of applicant's application.
