Haw. Code R. § 16-115-14 - Proceedings upon demand for hearing
If a demand for hearing is filed within the time prescribed, the board shall order a hearing upon notice, which shall be conducted pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, and chapter 16-201, Administrative Practice and Procedure.
