Haw. Code R. § 16-131-45 - Report on construction
Each cable operator, on or before the fifteenth day of each month, shall submit a status report to the director on its current construction and shall submit annually, on or before March 31, a report of construction undertaken by it, its agents, or contractors for the preceding calendar year.
