Haw. Code R. § 16-131-60 - Appointments
(a) When a service call to the subscriber's
premises is required, the cable operator shall upon the subscriber's request,
schedule a four-hour block of time (either a.m. or p.m.) for the appointment
and make a reasonable effort to pinpoint a more exact time.
(b) If for any reason the cable operator
cannot make a scheduled appointment, the cable operator shall make a reasonable
effort to notify the subscriber in a timely manner.
