Haw. Code R. § 16-131-7 - Service drops
(a) The cable
operator shall provide two hundred feet of service drop over private property
without any additional charge beyond the normal installation charge shown in
the cable operator's filed tariff.
(b) If the applicant requests a service drop
longer than two hundred feet, it may be treated as a special service facility
and handled under section 16-131-9.
