Haw. Code R. § 16-171-303 - Term of surplus lines broker; license

The term of the surplus lines broker license issued pursuant to article 8 of chapter 431, HRS, shall be the same as the licensee's producer license issued pursuant to article 9A of chapter 431, HRS.
