Haw. Code R. § 16-171-312 - Term of managing general agent license

The term of licensure for a managing general agent license issued pursuant to article 9C of chapter 431, HRS, shall be the same as the licensee's producer license issued pursuant to article 9A of chapter 431, HRS.
