Haw. Code R. § 16-181-25 - Settlement at the hearing

If the arbitrator facilitates a settlement at the hearing, the terms of the agreement shall be written down at the hearing and signed and dated by both parties. The terms shall include how the refund and the mileage offset were calculated, if applicable. The terms shall also include the date for compliance with the settlement which the parties must abide by.
