Haw. Code R. § 16-23-23 - Amount of cash, securities, or bond

The commissioner shall consider the number of vehicles involved, the exposure, the financial condition of the applicant, and other factors appropriate to determining adequacy of security in fixing the amount of the bond or the amount of cash or securities.
