Haw. Code R. § 16-25-28 - Confidentiality of application
No information contained in any application or supporting documents shall be made available to the public if it is determined by the commissioner to be confidential. Information that may be considered confidential includes, but is not limited to the following:
(1) Commercial or financial information, the
disclosure of which would, or would be likely to, result in substantial
competitive harm to the applicant;
(2) Information, the disclosure of which
could seriously affect the financial condition of any institution;
(3) Personal information, the release of
which would, or would be likely to, constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion
of privacy; or
(4) Other
information, the disclosure of which is prohibited by section
412:2-104,
