Haw. Code R. § 16-26-19 - Institutions converting from a federal charter

Each institution converting from a federal charter to a state charter shall be examined within twelve months of the conversion if the institution was previously assigned a UFIRS composite rating of "3", "4", or "5" by the applicable federal regulatory agency.
