Haw. Code R. § 16-28-13 - Renewal of license
An escrow depository license and each branch license are subject to annual renewal. In order to obtain renewal of the escrow depository license and any branch office license, an application to renew the escrow depository license and each branch license, together with the applicable fee for each license to be renewed, shall be filed with the commissioner at least three weeks prior to July 1 of each year.
