Haw. Code R. § 16-28-4 - Confidential portion of application or records

No material contained in any application or record shall be made available to the public if it is determined by the commissioner to be confidential. Information that may be considered confidential includes, but is not limited to the following:

(1) Commercial or financial information, the disclosure of which would, or would be likely to, result in substantial competitive harm to the applicant or escrow depository;

(2) Information, the disclosure of which could seriously affect the financial condition of the applicant or escrow depository; or

(3) Personal information, the release of which would, or would be likely to, constitute an unwarranted invasion of privacy.
