Haw. Code R. § 16-36-11 - Filing of foreign profit and nonprofit corporation annual reports
(a) All corporations shall deliver for filing
the first annual report as of the anniversary date in which the corporation
registered within the time periods prescribed in section 16-36-11.10.
(b) An annual report shall be delivered for
filing annually even though a corporation may have been inactive for that
period.
