Haw. Code R. § 16-36-13 - Penalties
(a) Penalties shall be assessed commencing
fifteen days after the due date of an annual report, partnership statement,
license fee, or of any other document required to be filed with the
division.
(b) Penalties may be
waived or reduced upon written request and only for good cause shown.
