Haw. Code R. § 16-5-3 - Scope of mass merchandising
Only a private passenger motor vehicle as defined in section 431-751, HRS, is eligible for mass merchandising providing motor vehicle liability, medical payment, uninsured motorists, and physical damage insurance coverages.
