Haw. Code R. § 16-53-13 - Barbering
The fees for the board of barbering and cosmetology shall be as provided in this section:
| (1) Application fees: | |
| (A) Barber or apprentice barber | $ 20 |
| (B) Barber shop | $ 50 |
| (2) Examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the board and a professional testing service | |
| (3) Original license or permit fees: | |
| (A) Apprentice barber permit | $ 25 |
| (B) Temporary permit | $ 25 |
| (C) Barber | $ 10 |
| (D) Barber shop | $ 25 |
| (4) Barber license fees: | |
| (A) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) | $ 25 |
| (B) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) | $ 10 |
| (5) Barber shop license fees: | |
| (A) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) | $ 55 |
| (B) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) | $ 25 |
| (6) Biennial renewal fees: | |
| (A) Barber | $ 30 |
| (B) Barber shop | $ 60 |
| (7) Duplicate certificate, license, or permit | $ 10 |
| (8) Inactive fee | $ 10 |
