Haw. Code R. § 16-53-22.5 - Marriage and family therapists

The fees for marriage and family therapists shall be as provided in this section:

(1) Application fee	$ 50
(2) Examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the department and a professional testing service
(3) Examination administration fee	$ 30
(4) Original licensee fee	$ 45
(5) Triennial renewal fee	$ 150
(6) Inactive fee and reactivation fee	$ 10
(7) Restoration fee for failure to renew license shall be $100, in addition to the triennial renewal fee in paragraph (5)
(8) Compliance resolution fund:
(A) Compliance resolution fund fee	$ 35
(B) Annual compliance resolution fund fee	$ 35
(C) Triennial compliance resolution fund fee	$ 105
