Haw. Code R. § 16-53-26 - Naturopathy
The fees for the board of examiners in naturopathy shall be as provided in this section:
| (1) Application fee | $ 25 |
| (2) Original license fee | $ 50 |
| (3) Examination and reexamination fees: | |
| (A) Naturopathy Clinical and Homeopathy examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the board and a professional testing service | |
| (B) Examination administration fee | $ 125 |
| (C) Examination administration fee per part specified in (A) above | $ 15 |
| (5) License fees: | |
| (A) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) | $ 150 |
| (B) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) | $ 50 |
| (6) Biennial renewal fee for naturopath license | $ 200 |
| (7) Inactive fee and reactivation fee | $ 10 |
| (8) Restoration fee of naturopath license shall be the penalty fee of $75, in addition to all delinquent fees. | |
| (9) Compliance resolution fund: | |
| (A) Compliance resolution fund fee | $ 55 |
| (B) Annual compliance resolution fund | $ 55 |
| (C) Biennial compliance resolution fund fee | $ 110 |
