Haw. Code R. § 16-53-4.1 - Refunds

Refunds shall be calculated as follows:

(1) Prior to processing of original license indicia - full refund of original license fee and compliance resolution fund fee;

(2) Prior to processing of renewal license indicia - fifty per cent of renewal fee and full refund of compliance resolution fund fee.
