Haw. Code R. § 16-53-6 - Inactive and reactivation fees

Unless otherwise stated in the licensing laws or rules for the respective profession or vocation, licensing authorities that allow for a license to be placed on inactive status and for the reactivation of the license shall determine the fee for processing in accordance with the following fee schedule:

(1)	Inactive fee	$	10
(2)	Reactivation fee for:
	(A) Non-complex review	$	10
	(B) Semi-complex review	$	30
	(C) Complex review	$	50
