Haw. Code R. § 16-601-139 - Additional evidence
When, in a motion filed under this subchapter, a request is made to introduce new evidence, the evidence adduced shall be stated briefly, that evidence must not be cumulative, and an explanation must be given why that evidence was not previously adduced.
