Haw. Code R. § 16-601-152 - Written presentation after public hearing
Any person may submit written comments, data, views, and arguments within ten days after the close of the last scheduled public hearing date. An original and eight copies shall be submitted to the commission when submitting written comments, recommendations, replies, or exhibits.
