Haw. Code R. § 16-601-3 - The commission
(a) The office of
the commission is at 465 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. All
communications to the commission shall be sent to this address unless otherwise
directed.
(b) The office of the
commission shall be open from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, except Saturdays,
Sundays, and legal holidays, unless otherwise provided by statute or executive
order.
(c) Official copies of
decisions and orders and other commission actions shall be issued under the
signature of the chairperson, chief clerk, or other person authorized by the
commission.
